Another good one for today. Here’s a fully translated Final Fantasy III for the NES. This game was never released in the United States or Europe, and we only got a 3D Nintendo DS remake. This game uses a very good fan translation. As usual, this comes with custom images and a custom manual to make it a proper release. As expected, this is a very slick NES RPG. See for yourself. Note that this video uses the untranslated Japanese version of the game.
I have noticed a glitch in this release and the Final Fantasy release. If you resume play without resetting the game, the graphics get all corrupted. I don’t think this interferes with savegames though, so when you resume the game, be sure to click the Home button and press Reset. This also answers your question if you’re wondering why I didn’t release Final Fantasy II today — the graphics glitches in its injection make the game all but unplayable.

one time i injected final fantasy 2 into a wad, and the only promblem i found was during the battle the options where a bit messed up. i did not keep it because it did not have a banner and that stuff. could u mabey release one please.
I’ve also already injected Final Fantasy 2, and it had the same problems. It’s a problem with the Virtual Console itself, not the injection. I’ve injected it into tons of different games to try to fix it. If you really still want it though, just let me know and I’ll post it.
yes i think i really would one with your awsome banners and instructions. i also heard that japan is getting final fantasy 2 nes on vc. so if u could get the wad of that and make it region free, do u think u could inject the american fan translation into it. sorry if this is a noob question.

i already have the japanese vc final fantasy 2 and i’ve had problems trying to inject it.. but i’m working on it.
and yes, i’ve seen those pirate roms. they use a really wild mapper that i don’t think the NES VC emulator is compatible with just like FF2, but i’ll give it a shot.

thanks i still would like final fantasy 2 (the one with the strange battle menus) pretty soon, unless u want to start messing around with the japanese wad. and thanks for giving final fantasy 7 a shot. if it is a little messed up (but u are still able to get what is going on) i will take it. and it is fine if u r to busy with other games or requests. i understand u r in college (or that is what the top banner says) and that u r very busy. good luck to college and your awsome wii hacks. i will be checking on your website often to see if u have any more games. oh and if u get tired of final fantasy if u would like to try super mario all stars.
P.S. i noticed somthing with final fantasy 3. when u go to the saved files on the wii system, when u hover above it, it still says kirbys adventure, and also, how do u start your own blog on this server?

I’ll fix Final Fantasy 3 and upload FF2 soon. I’ll see about FF7 soon as well, but still no guarantees that it will work.
